(119) Where a Member State establishes several supervisory authorities, it should provide for provisions laying down mechanisms to ensure the effective participation of those authorities in the application of the Cohesion Mechanism, in particular by designating a supervisory authority to act as a single point of contact in order to ensure the effective participation of those authorities in the application of the mechanism in order to ensure efficient and seamless cooperation with other supervisory authorities, the European Data Protection Board and the Commission.
