(a) convene meetings of the European Data Protection Board and draw up the agenda;
(b) notify the lead supervisory authority and the supervisory authorities concerned of the decisions adopted by the European Data Protection Board pursuant to Article 65;
(c) ensure the timely performance of the tasks of the European Data Protection Board, in particular with regard to the consistency mechanism referred to in Article 63.
2. The European Data Protection Board shall determine in its rules of procedure the division of tasks between the chairman and vice-chairmen.
