Article 109 PDPA

In the Act of 17 November 1964 Code of Civil Procedure (OJ 2018 L 155, p. 44), point 44 of Article 17 is replaced by the following point 45: 45) on claims arising from the infringement of rights conferred by personal data protection legislation.
