Article 13 (2) of the Act of 8 June 2001 on the profession of psychologist and the professional body of psychologists (OJ L 763, 1798, p. 120 and 753) is replaced by the following:
2. If the results of the surveys are intended to serve more than just customer information, personal data protection rules shall apply.
