Article 156 PDPA
In Article 4 (3) of the Act of 9 March 2017 on the road transport monitoring system (OJ L 708, p. 138) the following is replaced by the following:
3. The register shall be maintained by the Head of the National Treasury Administration, who is the administrator of the data processed in the register.
