Ongoing proceedings on the position of GIODO as a creditor
Proceedings concerning the position of the Supervisor-General for the Protection of Personal Data as a creditor, initiated pursuant to Article 34 of the Act as amended by Article 110 and not completed before the date of entry into force of this Act, shall be conducted by the President of the Authority.
