Elimination of judicial proceedings in the event of a decision by the President of the Office
The Court of First Instance dismisses proceedings in so far as the final decision of the President of the Office finding an infringement of the rules on the protection of personal data or the final judgment given following the lodging of a complaint referred to in Article 145a (3) of the Act of 30 August 2002 Law on administrative proceedings takes into account a claim brought before the Court.
