Should recording telephone conversations be treated as another form of monitoring?

ANSWER

As a rule, yes — this will be the so-called other form of monitoring. However, please remember that control and recording of telephone conversations by the employer will only be possible for purposes consisting of ensuring work organisation that enables full use of working time and proper use of work tools made available to the employee.
