Article 6d (4) (b) of the Act of 27 August 1997 on occupational and social rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities (OJ L 511, 2018. p. 511) reads as follows: 4b. The entities referred to in paragraph 4a process data made available from the system for the purpose for which those data were made available to them, in accordance with the rules laid down in the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
