Article 168 PDPA
Assets of the State Treasury held by the GIODO Office on the date of entry into force of the Act
As from the date of entry into force of this Act, the assets of the State Treasury under the control of the Office of the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data shall become assets under the control of the Office.
